Half Mutton

A box of  Grass Fed Hampshire Down half a mutton from our farm packed and labelled ready for the freezer. The boxes are available to pre-order fresh or usually available frozen. Mutton Boxes will be between 10 and 12kg. Please add your choice of cuts to the message box at checkout.

The box contains approximately

• 1 leg of mutton (whole or cut down)
• 1 shoulder of mutton (whole, cut down or diced, or a mix)
• 2 – 4 leg chops/steaks (packed in 2s)
• 8 loin chops (packed in 4s)
• 500g of minced mutton or breast of mutton
• mutton neck fillet

The meat will be sent frozen packed and labelled for the freezer unless pre- ordered. The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage. The meat can then be transferred to your freezer for storage.
