Free range, rare breed, GM free Pedigree Welsh Black Beef  from our farm. Our Beef is matured on grass for at least 30 months, dry aged by hanging for up to 4 weeks to provide the best possible flavour and texture. Our Beef Roasting Box is a great addition to the freezer over the winter months enabling you to prepare a Sunday Roast or Mid week Slow Roast without leaving home to purchase it to keep you warm and nourished. Larger size joints are available on request. Also buying through our box scheme enables us to sell at a reduced price per kg. The same products but reduced overheads for us.

The box contains approximately

1.2 -1.5 kg Topside ( 1 Joints)

1.2 -1.5 kg Silverside (1 Joints)

1.2 -1.5 kg Rolled Brisket Joint

1.2 -1.5 Chuck Joint (Slow Roast that is a joint that’s not boned and rolled).

This will be sent frozen overnight in our wool packaging. It will remain frozen for up to 48 hours so can be put straight into a freezer on arrival.

The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage.
