Believed to be some of the best beef available. Our Beef comes from our Closed Pedigree Herd of welsh Blacks. Our calves remain with their mothers and naturally wean at around 9 months old they then continue to  mature on grass until around 30 months. The beef is then hung for up to 4 weeks to develop its sublime flavour and texture.
