Whole Mutton

A box of mutton from our farm packed and labelled ready for the freezer. The boxes are available to pre-order fresh or usually available frozen. Mutton boxes will be between 20 and 24kg

The box contains approximately

• 2 leg of mutton (whole or cut down)
• 2 shoulder of mutton (whole, cut down or diced, or a mix)
• 4 leg chops/steaks (packed in 2s)
• 8 loin chops (packed in 4s)
• Rack of mutton
• 1kg of minced mutton or breast of mutton
• 2 mutton neck fillets

The Meat will be sent out frozen unless pre-ordered. It can then be stored in your freezer. The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage. Whole mutton will be sent in two boxes due to weight restrictions. Pre order enquiries are always welcome
