Our Free Range Pork ribs are Home Produced Rare Breed Pork from our drove (herd) of rare breed Berkshire pigs. They are packed and labelled in Freezer proof packaging and can be stored for up to 1 year. They will defrost in a fridge overnight.  Fresh Unfrozen Chops are sometimes available. Please check with us prior to ordering. All our Pork, Burgers and Sausages are Gluten Free. Raw and Must Be Cooked Before Consumption

Our Meat Boxes can be posted to you via overnight Courier. Our Home produced Pigs that produce our Pork, Bacon & Hams are reared on our farm for up to a year. The Berkshire Pig produces a dark tasty pork with incredible crackling. Its produces the tastiest bacon and sausages. Its what customers refer to as Pork like it used to be.  Our Berkshire pigs are part of our sustainable farming practice. We keep three bloodlines as part of their Conservation. Our pigs are fed on a GM free feed and have access to pasture, fruit and nuts as they free range around the farm around the farm. We farm in an Organic way with small flocks and herds. Our animals live alongside nature and have access to a varied diet of  meadow grass and hedgerows, hay and haylage.
