Our Burgers are made with over 90% our Home Produced Lamb by our Butcher Mark Webb. He uses all cuts to produce our burgers not just the breast of lamb which is very fatty. They are packed and labelled in Freezer proof packaging and can be stored for up to 6 months. They will defrost in a fridge overnight. Fresh Burgers are sometimes available. Please check with us prior to ordering. All our Burgers and Sausages are Gluten Free.
Ingredients :- Hampshire Down Lamb 93%, GLUTEN FREE Crumb (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), Potato Starch, Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Mint. Preservative E223, Antioxident E300.
Our Home produced Hampshire Down Lamb, Hoggit & Mutton is grass fed on our farm for up to 2 years. It is then hung for a few days to dry age. This further develops its unique flavour and texture that Hampshire Down is renowned for. Its what customers refer to as Sticky Lamb like it used to be. The Hampshire Down is a large lowland Sheep breed that lambs early in December. it provides its unique sticky Lamb, Hoggit and Mutton as well as wonderful soft wool for out blankets and sheepskins. Our sheep are part of our sustainable farming practice. We farm in an Organic way with small flocks and herds. Our animals live alongside nature and have access to a varied diet of meadow grass and hedgerows, hay and haylage. They also out winter really well in the salt filled air here at the coast here in Llangrannog, West Wales.
