Half Mutton

A box of half a mutton from our farm packed and labelled ready for the freezer. The boxes are available to pre-order fresh or usually available frozen. Mutton boxes will be between 10 and 12kg

The box contains approximately

• 1 leg of mutton (whole or cut down)
• 1 shoulder of mutton (whole, cut down or diced, or a mix)
• 4 leg chops/steaks (packed in 2s)
• 4 loin chops (packed in 4s)
• rack of mutton
• 500g of minced mutton
• mutton neck fillet

The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage.
