Farmgate Mixed Roasting Meat Joint Box

Free range, rare breed, GM free Pedigree Welsh Black Beef, Pedigree Hampshire Down Lamb And Welsh Berkshire Pork  from our farm. Our Beef is matured on grass for at least 30 months, dry aged by hanging for up to 4 weeks to provide the best possible flavour and texture. Our Hampshire Down Lamb is pasture raised succulent and Sticky our Berkshire pork is rare breed GM free and outdoor reared. Our  Roasting Joint Box is a great addition to the freezer over the winter months enabling you to prepare a Sunday Roast or Mid week Slow Roast without leaving home to purchase it to keep you warm and nourished.

Larger size joints are available on request. Also buying through our box scheme enables us to sell at a reduced price per kg.

The box contains approximately

1.2 -1.5 kg Topside ( 1 Joints)

1.2 -1.5 kg Silverside (1 Joints)

1.2 – Half Leg Of Lamb

1.2 -1.5 Half Shoulder of Lamb

1.2 -1.5 kg Bone in Leg of Pork Joint

1.2-1.5kg Bone in shoulder Of Pork

This will be sent frozen overnight in our wool packaging. It will remain frozen for up to 48 hours so can be transferred  into a freezer on arrival.

The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage.
