Farmgate Homemade Tayberry Coulis  Cartref   190g . Tayberries are a large berry that look like a raspberry but are like a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. Named after the River Tay in Scotland. They grow abundantly well in our Welsh soil too.

Ingredients:-  Homegrown organically grown Tayberries, unwaxed lemons, British sugar.  A delicious Tayberry Coulis made with minimal ingredients to bring out the true flavour of the fruit.  This Coulis is equally suited as a  sweet and savoury accompaniment. Delicious with Yoghurt & Ice Cream or served with Roast Pork and Roast duck & Smoked Chicken or used as part of a salad dressing. A lot of versatility in a small jar.
