Ingredients:- Unwaxed Lemons, Sea Salt, British Sugar.  Salty & Sweet A staple in Mediterranean Cooking.  I absolutely love anything Lemon. These preserved lemons are better with age. I use them in my favourite potato and sea bass dish but they are so versatile. Great with Fish, Chicken and Pork dishes, preserved lemons are also great added to potatoes, rice and salads and on ice cream.  I’ve even been known to use their juice in Cake.

All of the Farmgate range of products are made by us using ingredients from our farm, small local producers or the best organically grown or sustainable produce we can source. Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests. Please note there is a 50p jar deposit included in the price which is refundable if your clean empty jar is returned to the farm shop.
