Farmgate Homemade Plum Sauce   Saws Eirin  Cartref 295g or 190g .

Ingredients:- Organically Grown Plums, Onion, Cider Vinegar, Garlic Cinnamon, Sugar, Pink peppercorns, Cloves, Star Anise, Fresh Ginger.

A delicious Plum sauce base made with a mixture of varieties of seasonal plums, onions, and spices. Slowly and gently heated  to allow the flavours to amalgamate, balance and thicken to give a fabulous base sauce for Asian style dishes. A perfect accompaniment to our home produced free range pork, duck & chicken. its also been known to accompany pistachio ice cream 😉    This is a densely flavoured sauce so needs diluting to make your dish perfect.

Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests. Please note there is a 50p jar deposit included in the price which is refundable if your clean empty jar is returned to the farm shop.
