Ingredients:- Cauliflower, Courgette, MUSTARD, Onion, Tumeric, Cornflour   Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Cumin, Coriander, British Sugar, Farmgate Raw Honey

A delicious Picallili made with minimal ingredients to bring out the true flavour of the Vegetables. 

A blend of seasonal Autumn Vegetables with Aromatic Spices and our Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey. As a child I remember  gathering the gluts at the end of the summer and preparing the fruit and vegetables and the wonderful smells in my grandmothers kitchen when the preserves where being made. They would then be stacked in her pantry to use throughout the Autumn, Winter and Spring months and shared out with family and friends at Christmas time. For some reason Picallili reminds me of this time spent with her in her industrious kitchen.
