Aromatic Preserved Limes are a warming combination of salty limes with aromatic spices that liven up lots of dishes. They  are really versatile and the oil can tolerate high temperatures. Great with Fish, Chicken and Pork dishes, preserved limes are great added to potatoes, rice and salads.

All of the Farmgate range of products are made by us using ingredients from our farm, small local producers or the best organically grown or sustainable produce we can source. Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests. Please note there is a 50p jar deposit included in the price which is refundable if your clean empty jar is returned to the farm shop.
