Our Free Range Pork Bacon is made with our Home Produced Rare Breed Pork by our Butcher Mark Webb. They are packed and labelled in Freezer proof packaging and can be stored for up to 1 year. They will defrost in a fridge overnight. Fresh Unfrozen bacon is sometimes available. Please check with us prior to ordering. All our Bacon, Burgers and Sausages are Gluten Free. Raw and Must Be Cooked Before Consumption. Keep Frozen or refrigerated after thawing and consume within 2 days of Opening.

Our Home produced Pigs that produce our Pork, Bacon & Hams are reared on our farm for up to a year. The Berkshire Pig produces a dark tasty pork with incredible crackling. Its produces the tastiest bacon and sausages. Its what customers refer to as Pork like it used to be. Our Berkshire pigs are part of our sustainable farming practice. We keep three bloodlines as part of their Conservation. Our pigs are fed on a GM free feed and have access to pasture, fruit and nuts as they free range around the farm around the farm. We farm in an Organic way with small flocks and herds. Our animals live alongside nature and have access to a varied diet of meadow grass and hedgerows, hay and haylage.
