Celeriac is a root vegetable from the celery family, often called celery root.  Its the root of a celery plant. It has a nutty and slightly celery flavour.

Perfect mashed with Potato, Butter & Black Pepper, as a root  layer mix with Carrots & Parsnips, as a Soup, a gratin with Bacon & Leeks Roasted with Rosemary & Garlic or as Chips.
