Our Welsh Black Beef Sausages are made with our Home Produced Beef by our Butcher Mark Webb. They are packed and labelled in Freezer proof packaging and can be stored for up to 6 months. They will defrost in a fridge overnight. Fresh Unfrozen Sausages are sometimes available. Please check with us prior to ordering. All our Burgers and Sausages are Gluten Free.

Our Home produced Welsh Black Beef is grass fed on our farm for up to 36 months. It is then hung for approximately 4 weeks to dry age. This further develops its unique flavour and texture that Welsh Black Beef is renowned for. Its what customers refer to as Beef like it used to be. Our Welsh Black Beef is part of our sustainable farming practice. We farm in an Organic way with small flocks and herds. Our animals live alongside nature and have access to a varied diet of meadow grass and hedgerows, hay and haylage. They also out winter really well in the salt filled air here at the coast here in Llangrannog, West Wales.
