Our Rare Breed Free Range GM free pedigree Berkshire Pork from our conservation pigs. We keep three bloodlines on our farm to try and assist with the conservation of these wonderful pigs. They finish on acorns in the autumn and winter and forage on mixed grass and fruit during the summer months. the pork is a traditional dark meat with a good fat layer an amazing crackling. If its flavour you’re looking for, you cannot beat Berkshire Pork.
