Soap
As part of our sustainable business we support other small businesses too. We buy their products for our own use and often as gifts. We keep a small number of soaps and candles in our shop which our visitors appreciate too. They are available to buy from our shop, as part of a hamper or direct from the producer themselves.
We love supporting Kate at Penlanlas Cymru Soaps who produces her soaps and candles in small batches from her studio in Ceredigion. Most of the ingredients she grows herself and adds local & our farmgate honey into her products. They smell divine and are very effective if you have sensitive skin.

Blankets Sheepskins Hides
As a sustainable farm we really appreciate that our flocks of Hampshire Down Sheep produce soft wool.
From our sheared wool we produce our unique range of blankets made by our Artisan friends at Curlew Weavers.
We are fortunate enough to have a working woollen mill neighbouring our smallholding. Roger and the team produce our designs organically.
Our wool has natural flecks of colour which they expertly manipulate to create colours and stripes for us.
We do not use dyes. We sell our Blankets, Cushions and Scarves in 2 designs and 2 colour ways.
We donate 10% to the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution who support people from the agricultural industry through difficult times.
Our organic sheepskins are transformed for us in Carmarthenshire. The Hampshire Down fleece is dense providing warmth in Winter and Coolness in Summer.
They are suitable for babies, they are machine washable on a cold wool wash cycle and allowed to drip dry.
We recommend a wool wash that is specific for woollens which is available in our shop.
Our Hair on Welsh Black cattle hides have been produced for us for many years in the UK. The process can take several months. The hides produce the most amazing leather rugs with the unique long Black hair of the winter coat. We currently only have two sizes of cushions available.
Teas
Sally also has a micro business here in Ceredigion, Herbal Natives which produces healthy teas on her farm. She grows the ingredients and carefully blends them in to tasty teas with health benefits. Her range is suitable for hot and cols drinks. You can purchase her teas in tins or handy refill packs from the shop or direct from her. We will have samples available at the shop for you to try.

Organic Cotton T-shirts, Posters and Cards.
Another amazing local small business is Lifeforms Arts and its section Curly’s Cool Creatures geared at our younger customers with an interest in all things nature.
They produce a lovely selection of Organic Cotton T shirts, hoodies, posters & Cards. This year they donate a percentage from their sales to the Sea Trust.
We have a small selection in our shop or you can purchase them direct from their website.
Hampers
In Wales we produce some amazing Food.
We along with other artisans work to produce the best products.
We are able to offer hampers delivered free within 5 miles, from the shop or posted via overnight courier.

Wood
We sell Wood and Kindling from our farm along with sustainable instant BBQ,s perfect for a cosy indoor fire or to cook and take away the chill whilst outdoors.
We stock some lovely Wooden Boards, and home items made in Carmarthenshire by Gordon from wood from his own farm and wood he collects whilst on his missions to Uganda.
They are beautiful unique and raise vital funds for his charity in Lowero, providing medical teams & equipment. They make a lovely unique gifts and support a fantastic cause.
