Farmgate Homemade Peach & Nectarine Coulis.
Ingredients:- Sustainable Peaches & nectarines, unwaxed lemons, British sugar. A delicious Coulis made with minimal ingredients to bring out the true flavour of the fruit. This Coulis is equally suited as a sweet or savoury accompaniment. Delicious with Yoghurt, Ice Cream or served with Roast Pork , Roast Duck, Smoked Chicken or used as part of a salad dressing. A lot of versatility in a small jar.
All of the Farmgate range of products are made by us using ingredients from our farm, small local producers or the best organically grown or sustainable produce we can source. Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests.
