Kohl Rabi
Origin U.K/ Wales :- 1 Kohl Rabi weighs appox 150- 250g. A delicious vegetable with a mild aniseed flavour. Delicious added raw to salads or cooked in stir fry, quiche or roasted vegetables. They are great added to a graze board cooked and served with preserved lemons. They are often call a German Turnip or Turnip Cabbage and are classified as part of the Brassica Family. Similar to Broccoli but taste milder. We grow both purple and green and will provide what we have available.
Our Kohl Rabi are grown by us organically when available therefore free from chemical sprays and sustainable when available from our farm or other local producers subject to availability.
