Farmgate Homemade Tomato Passata Cartref 295g or 190g .

Ingredients:- Roasted Tomatoes, Onion, Rosemary, Oregano, Thyme, Garlic. ( NO added Salt or Pepper)

Suitable for Children and People on Sugar Free Diets.

A delicious Tomato sauce base made with a mixture of varieties of seasonal tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs roasted in a little welsh cold  filtered rape seed oil. Slowly roasted to allow the flavours to amalgamate, balance and thicken to give a fabulous base sauce for so many dishes. I started making this 30 years ago at least and make at least 100 jars a year as it is such a useful store cupboard ingredient and perfect on its own with pasta or added to soups, stews, chillies, tagines to add depth of flavour instantly. Its a big hit with children who visit.  

Please note there is no added Salt, Pepper or Sugar in this sauce so its suitable for children. Just add to your taste.

Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests.
