Whole Lamb

A box of lamb from our farm packed and labelled ready for the freezer. The boxes are available to pre-order fresh or usually available frozen. Lambs will be between 16 and 20kg

The box contains approximately

• 2 leg of lamb (whole or cut down)
• 2 shoulder of lamb (whole, cut down or diced, or a mix)
• 4 leg chops/steaks (packed in 2s)
• 8 loin chops (packed in 4s)
• Rack of lamb
• 450g of Minced lamb or breast of lamb
• 500g Diced Lamb
• 2 lamb neck fillets

We are happy to discuss your requirements regarding options of cuts etc. This is much more achievable when pre-ordered so our butchers can prepare your order for you.

The price includes the meat packaged in sustainable wool and ice packs and overnight courier postage.
